Panamanian Shrimp Ceviche

Simple to prepare, always delicious. Fresh shrimp marinated in lime juice and chopped onions.

 

Ingredients

2lbs shrimp

4 cloves of garlic, ground

2 tsp vinegar

1/4 tsp oregano

1 cup lime juice

1 large onion, minced

4 tbsp marinade and mustard

Salt and ground chili peppers to taste

 

Directions

Bring a pot of salted water to boil, then add the shrimp and let cook for 5 minutes.

Peel and clean the shrimp, then either coarsely grind in a meat grinder or finely chop by hand. Add the line juice, garlic chili peppers, onion and oregano.

Let stand for 24 hours
