6 Egg Whites
1 cup Granulated Sugar
2 cups Fine Dry Coconut flakes or Shred
2 Tbsp Cornstarch
1 Tbsp Cake Flour
1 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour
- Combine all ingredients and warm lightly on a hot water bath.
- Pipe the mixture into required shapes.
- Bake at 325F for about 15 mins.
