Recipe: Japanese Crock Pot Teriyaki Steak

INGREDIENTS NUTRITION
Servings 4-6
• 2 -2 1⁄2 lbs boneless sirloin steaks, cut up in small pieces
• 1 teaspoon ginger
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed

DIRECTIONS
1. Combine all ingredients and pour over steak.
2. Cook on low 4 to 6 hours in crock pot.
3. Serve over rice.
