Update: lockdown lifted at Capitol Building in DC

Lockdown lifted just before 3 pm

The incident injured at least one person. Reuters and The Associated Press reported that a law enforcement officer was injured.
Rep. Tim Griffin (R-Ark.) tweeted that he has been told the shooter has been arrested. Bloomberg News is also reporting that a shooter is in custody.
According to NBC and ABC, the incident began outside the White House before moving to the Capitol building. ABC is reporting that “someone tried to ram gate at the White House,” and then fled to Capitol Hill.
The lockout was lifted shortly before 3 p.m. ET.
