India – Passengers in narrow escape as Air Indigo flight hits runway lights while landing at the Bangalore International Airport
Miraculous escape for over 100 passengers on board as Indigo Airbus A-320 flight 6E-125 from Delhi to Bangalore, hits the runway lights causing its tyres to deflate while landing at the Bangalore International Airport. All 110 passengers & 6 crew members deplane safely with no injuries reported. Air traffic closed following the incident. Aircraft remains grounded after suffering damages. Officials claim poor visibility due to heavy downpours may have led to the incident.
