From media reports: Der Spiegel reported on Tuesday that regional and long-distance trains between Berlin and Hamburg will be disrupted this weekend because of bridge works on the A14 motorway.
Overnight train schedules will be affected on Friday and Saturday, 23-24 August, from 7:15 pm to 9:15 am, on Saturday and Sunday, 24-25 August, from 8:50 pm to 9:15 am, and on Sunday to Monday, 25-26 August, from 8:50 pm to 5:45 am.
Long-distance train passengers are warned to expect delays of at least two hours in their journeys.
Travelers are advised to confirm all reservations.
