Greek ATCs ready to strike
AIR traffic controllers in Greece have threatened to strike over weekends and bank holidays during August. According to the Federation of Associations of Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority (OSPYA), air traffic controllers will not tolerate “another delay of non-payment”.

Come August 1, should the issue not be resolved, workers will only work for shifts that they are paid for. This will mean that shifts running from 23h00 to 06h30 will not be scheduled as workers do not get paid for these.
