Philippines : Exercise high degree of caution
Typhoon Chedeng is expected to bring stormy conditions to the eastern coast of the island of Luzon in the next few days. Some areas have been evacuated as flooding and landslides could occur. Canadians are strongly advised to monitor local weather forecasts and follow the advice of local authorities.
