TRAVEL reports: Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada have issued the following updates on the travel.gc.ca website to the following countries:
Russia – Exercise high degree of caution
Boat accidents are not uncommon due to the overloading and poor maintenance of some vessels. Caution and common sense should be exercised when using marine transportation. Do not to board vessels that appear overloaded or unseaworthy. Safety standards differ from those in Canada.
