To help our guests book and sail with confidence, we are introducing a temporary change to our cancellation guidelines which will allow for greater flexibility. All guests sailing on or before July 31, 2020 may now choose to cancel their reservation up to 48 hours prior to departure. Should a guest wish to cancel after their final payment deadline, a Future Cruise Credit (FCC) will be administered in the full amount of each guest’s applicable cancellation fees. Crystal Cruises
Updated Policy
Effective immediately and until further notice, Crystal has established a new cancellation policy* applicable to all Crystal experiences, which previously began at 120 days or earlier. Guests may cancel up to 7 days prior to first service and receive a 100% credit for cruise fare monies paid that may be redeemed on any future voyage through the end of 2022.

NEW FINAL PAYMENT POLICY FOR EXISTING AND NEW BOOKINGS FOR 2020 VOYAGES
For all existing and new bookings for all Crystal experiences, final payment will be reduced from 120 days or earlier to 90 days prior to first service.

• Standard cancellation penalties will apply to insurance, and Personal Select Air.
• Pre and post packages will mirror the updated cancellation penalties.
• Port charges, taxes, and fees paid will be refunded.
• Credit may be applied to new bookings or existing bookings that have not been final paid.
• Credit may not be used for initial deposit, split over multiple bookings and there is no refund value.

Oceania Cruises
Updated Policy
Guests can now have total peace of mind knowing that should they need to cancel, for any reason, they will not lose a dollar. Guests may cancel up to 48 hours prior to cruise departure and will receive a Future Cruise Credit equal to 100% of the cruise fare paid.

• Cancel for any reason up to 48 hours prior to departure and receive a Future Cruise Credit equal to 100% of the cruise fare paid.
• Valid for all existing reservations for voyages departing from March 10, 2020 through September 30, 2020.
• Valid for all new reservations through April 30th for voyages departing from March 10, 2020 through September 30, 2020.
• Future Cruise Credit must be redeemed within one year of issue and travel must commence by December 31, 2022
Regent Seven Seas
Updated Policy
Effective immediately, Regent Seven Seas Cruises is providing you and your clients greater confidence with Regent Reassurance. For all voyages beginning April 3, 2020, through November 1, 2020, clients can now cancel up to 30 days prior to sailing and receive a 100% Future Cruise Credit, which can be applied to a new booking within one year on any 2020 or 2021 Regent voyage.
Regent Reassurance begins today and applies to all existing bookings plus new bookings made by April 30, 2020, on all voyages from April 3, 2020, through November 1, 2020.
For those clients who took advantage of our previously communicated final payment extension period to 60 days, nothing more needs to be done. Once final payment is received, they, too, can take advantage of Regent Reassurance. For those who cancel prior to 60 days, they are still entitled to the 15% Future Cruise Credit we communicated previously.

Regent Seven Seas Cruises canceled three voyages on Seven Seas Voyager and modified itineraries on two Seven Seas Mariner voyages (segments of the World Cruise ). Following these changes, Regent will not have any vessels deployed in Asia until December 2020. The canceled cruises are March 1, March 13 and March 27, 2020 on Seven Seas Voyager. The modified itineraries are March 1 and March 19, 2020 on Seven Seas Mariner.
Seabourn Cruise Line
Updated Policy
For existing bookings and new bookings made between now through April 30th 2020, for sailings departing between April 1st 2020 and October 15th 2020 guests will be able to cancel up to 30 days prior to sailing and receive a 100% Future Cruise Credit of any monies paid to Seabourn and currently within cancellation fees. The Future Cruise Credit must be booked within 90 days for any published voyage(s) departing prior to December 31st 2021.
• Offer available on all bookings made through 4/30/20 for cruises sailing 4/1/20 through 10/15/20.
• Cruise must be cancelled and submitted for review at least 30 days before such cruise’s departure date to be eligible.
• Value of Future Cruise Credit determined by non-refundable portion of the booking’s deposit and cancellation fees.
• Future Cruise Credit only valid for 90 days from issuance and must be used towards a 2020 or 2021 cruise. Non-transferrable, no cash value, not redeemable for cash

The Book with Confidence offer (“Offer”) is available on existing bookings and new bookings made between March 2, 2020 and April 30, 2020, for Seabourn cruises sailing between April 1, 2020 and October 15, 2020 (“Eligible Cruise”). Eligible Cruise’s departure date must be at least 30 days after the date of booking in order to qualify for the Offer. If a consumer cancels their Eligible Cruise at least 30 days before the Eligible Cruise’s departure, the consumer will receive a Future Cruise Credit (“FCC”) equal to the amount of the non-refundable portion of their deposit and cancellation fee (subject to verification). The value of the FCC will be determined by the actual non-refundable portion of the deposit and cancellation fees for the Eligible Cruise’s booking, and SeabournShield reimbursed amounts or fees shall not be included in the value of the FCC. Windstar’s Travel Assurance Booking Policy automatically applies to new and existing cruises , effective March 4, our new Travel Assurance Policy applies to all sailings between NOW and December 31, 2021. Travellers who cancel a cruise booking up to 15 days prior to departure will receive a 100% Future Cruise Credit to be used on another Windstar departure within one year of the issue date of the credit. The offer is good for cruise fare only.

In addition to these precautionary health measures, we have also taken further positive steps that will help you to promote our product successfully:
• Firstly, to advance your sales, we have reduced the pre-cruise deposit for customers to CAD 50.
• Secondly, we also offer extra flexibility for your customers. Therefore, for all guests already booked on sailings in the Mediterranean and Northern Europe in April, May and June 2020, the cancellation terms have been reduced to 21 days instead of 90 days. For new bookings as of today and until the end of 31 March, the same flexibility – with regards to our cancellation terms – will be provided.
• Thirdly, given the extraordinary circumstances, all guests who are booked on Mediterranean cruises in March 2020 will have the possibility to postpone their cruise or change for another region for up to 12 months.
Norwegian Cruise Line
Updated Policy
For all new and existing individual and group bookings that embark from March 10, 2020 through and including September 30, 2020:
• Guests can cancel up until 48 hours prior to vacation start date. Cancelled reservations that occur prior to 48 hours to vacation date will receive a 100% future cruise credit (FCC) to be used for ANY Norwegian sailing embarking on or before December 31, 2022.
o Vacation start date includes any pre-hotel or Cruisetour packages booked through Norwegian.
o FCC will include all components of the reservation that have been paid, including but not limited to: shore excursions, beverage and dining packages (including associated gratuities), service charges and air or transfers pre purchased through Norwegian.
o Note any insurance purchased on existing bookings will not be included in the FCC amount
Princess Cruises
Updated Policy
• Mar 6 – 8, 2020 – Cancel up to sailing date to automatically receive a Future Cruise Credit (FCC) for 100% of cancellation fees.
• Mar 9 – Apr 3, 2020 Cancel up to 72 hours before sailing to automatically receive a Future Cruise Credit (FCC) for 100% of cancellation fees.
• Apr 4 – May 31, 2020 Cancel by March 31 and automatically receive a Future Cruise Credit for 100% of cancellation fees.
June 1-June 30, 2020 Final Payment moves to 60 days prior to sailing.
*Date of departure is from the start date of your cruise or cruisetour, whichever is earliest. Excludes charter cruises.
These changes apply to new and existing bookings on all cruises and cruisetours inside final payment for all destinations.

Guests who choose to keep their booking as currently scheduled for departures between March 9 and May 31 will receive the following Onboard Credit amounts:
• $100 USD/$150 AUD per cabin for 3 and 4 day cruises
• $150USD /$225 AUD per cabin for 5 day cruises
• $200 USD /$300 AUD per cabin for 6 day and longer cruises
Future Cruise Credits are non-refundable and may be applied to any new or existing booking not yet paid in full on a Princess cruise departing on or before December 31, 2021. Additionally, the Future Cruise Credit does not have to be used on the same product that was cancelled and is non-transferable. To ensure we cover guests who already made final payment, the revised final payment date means no cancellation fees will be assessed until 60-days prior to sailing.
Please note that while Future Cruise Credits will automatically be applied each guest’s Captain’s Circle account after they have cancelled, the Future Cruise Credit will not be available instantly and may take up to 10 business days to be processed.
Royal Caribbean International

Bookings paid in full (departures through May 3 for land tours; through June 3 for river and small ship cruises): Any guests who wish to cancel their booking will have ALL cancel fees (including GPP/CPP premium) issued back to them in the form of a travel credit to be used on any 2020-2021 Tauck journey. Airline change fees will not be covered for guests who voluntarily cancel.
Bookings not paid in full (departures May 3 – June 30 for land tours; June 3 – June 30 for river and small ship cruises): Final payment for guests booked on these tours is now due 30 days prior to departure. If Tauck cancels your client’s journey: To date, all guests booked on upcoming journeys that travel primarily to U.S. State Department Level 4 (“Do Not Travel”) destinations (China departures through June; Lombardy and Veneto, Italy, departures through April) have been canceled by Tauck. Guests booked on a trip where cancellation is initiated by Tauck will have all tour/cruise costs returned in the original form of payment. (Any GPP/CPP premiums will be kept on account by Tauck for future use.) For guests with Tauck booked air, Tauck will cover all airline change fees. For guests with non-Tauck air, Tauck will cover airline change fees up to $250 per person.
