How much do you travel each year? I’m on the road 30 per cent of the time, travelling mainly throughout North America.
Where was your ever first flight? To Walt Disney World in Orlando when I was six. As an only child I had the privilege to travel a lot with my parents.
What’s your favourite airport? Munich, because I love the layout, the duty-free shopping, the cleanliness, easy access. It’s flawless.
Aisle or window? Aisle!
Favourite city? Singapore because of the WOW it has to offer and the cultural mix. It’s a 24 hour a day city. Just love it!
Any preferred apps? The Montreal newspapers La Presse and the Gazette, Air Canada, SAQ, hotel chains and car rental companies. Plus local city apps when I travel.
How do you stay fit when you travel? I hit the gym.
How do you cope with jetlag? I try to adapt a couple of days ahead to acclimatize and take long walks to stay awake. Also, eat healthily at all times.
What do you do with your downtime when you are on the road? I tour the city by myself or with my colleagues. I’m never in my hotel room!
If you could sit next to anyone on a long haul flight, who would it be? Hmm. That would be a toss-up between Bill Clinton and Donald Trump.

How do you spend your frequent flyer points? To purchase holiday flights for my family.
Favourite vacation destination? Barbados.
What do you think the biggest challenge will be for corporate travel in the next 12 months? Shorter and shorter turnaround times are expected. Time is becoming a precious commodity.
Favourite travel tip? Always travel with carry-on only. And if you do check luggage, get your NEXUS pass.
