Where was your ever first flight? Montreal to Miami via Baltimore in 1964 – I was 10 years old and fell in love with the travel business.
Aisle or window? Aisle, absolutely.
What’s your favourite airport? Dallas – it has a great choice of restaurants.
Favourite city? Paris.
Any preferred apps? Flight Tracker.
How do you stay fit when you travel? I swim, I go to the spa.
How do you cope with jetlag? I don’t have an issue with jetlag at all.
What do you do with your downtime when you are on the road? Shop for clothes, especially things you won’t find in Montreal.
If you could sit next to anyone on a long haul flight, who would it be? Bill Clinton.
Your must-have travel accessory? My iPad, with all kinds of apps including the Montreal Gazette, and lots of music.
How do you spend your frequent flyer points? On merchandise.
Favourite vacation destination? Cruising the Caribbean.
What do you think the biggest challenge will be for corporate travel in the next 12 months? Managing the continued growth of our company, while keeping costs in line.
Favourite travel tip? Ask the locals about restaurants, not the hotel staff. And don’t be penny-wise/ pound-foolish when it comes to accommodation!
