Usually aisle. Window on overnight flights.
What’s your favourite airport?
Seoul, South Korea. So impressive, and great use of green technology.
Favourite city?
That would be a toss-up between Washington, London
and Shanghai.

Flightaware for live flight tracking.
How do you stay fit when you travel?
I always pack my workout clothes and go to the gym, for a run or a swim.
How do you cope with jetlag?
My Bose quiet comfort headphones help me sleep. What a great invention.
What do you do with your downtime when you are on the road?
I like to explore, especially local historical sites – and find authentic restaurants to enjoy the local cuisine.
If you could sit next to anyone on a long haul flight, who would it be?
Warren Buffet.

I find China fascinating, its culture, history, people.

Use airport lounges, either membership based ones or pay-as-you-go. They are lifesavers!
