UK FCO TRAVEL ADVICE: – UK citizens advised that Typhoon Wutip is due to hit the central provinces of Vietnam (including Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri, and Thua Thien-Hue) and surrounding areas between today (Sept 30th) and Oct. 1st.
