United States – Exercise normal security precautions

Update – Regional warning ? Avoid non-essential travel to Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands

Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada advises against non-essential travel to Puerto Rico including Vieques and Culebra, and to the Virgin Islands due to Tropical Storm Irene.
