A new client (who found her via Virtuoso no less!) wanted a weekend getaway at a luxury hotel with his family. After booking the perfect suite for him, the advisor was dismayed to find out the property made an error and could not accommodate them in a suite after all, resulting in their room being downgraded to a queen/queen. While the client was still willing to go on the trip, the experience left him feeling disappointed and frustrated. He was also left feeling confused because, although he used a travel advisor to book his trip, he was contacted directly by the hotel. Our advisor reached out to our Virtuoso team at the property immediately to find out what could be done to make this up to her client.
