Fairmont Royal York Coconut Macaroons

Chewy and rich on the inside, crisp and golden on the outside, enjoy this delicious coconut macaroons recipe.

Ingredients

6 Egg Whites
1 cup Granulated Sugar
2 cups Fine Dry Coconut flakes or Shred
2 Tbsp Cornstarch
1 Tbsp Cake Flour
1 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients and warm lightly on a hot water bath.
  2. Pipe the mixture into required shapes.
  3. Bake at 325F for about 15 mins.
