Candy Cane Dip

Candy canes, whip cream and cream cheese……how can you go wrong



2 full-size candy canes (plus more for garnish, if desired)
1/4 cup whipping cream
2 Tablespoons granulated sugar
2 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup plain yogurt



In a food processor, grind the two candy canes until they are the size of small gravel (alternatively, place them in a plastic bag and smash with a rolling pin). Set aside.

In the bowl of a stand mixer or with hand beaters, beat the whipping cream and sugar until soft peaks form. Whisk in the cream cheese and yogurt until smooth, then stir in the crushed candy canes. Pour into a serving bowl and top with additional crushed candy canes if desired.

Serve with fruit, pretzels, graham crackers, or cookies.
