Bad weather, power outages in DC area

7:50 a.m. EST Monday: More than 58,000 Dominion Electric customers are now without power in Virginia, with more than 40,000 in the Washington, D.C., area. Nearly 11,000 Baltimore Gas and Electric customers are without power in Maryland, with 6,592 out in Baltimore County and 2,652 out in Harford County.

7:20 a.m. EST Monday: The Federal Aviation Administration is warning of delays going into Reagan and Philadelphia airports with its second-highest delay rating.

6:50 a.m. EST Monday: Just under 50,000 Dominion Electric customers are without power across Virginia. Most are in the Northern Virginia region, with 36,246 affected.

6:30 a.m. EST Monday: The New York Department of Transportation lists snowy and icy conditions for most of its roads, with some areas only listed as wet as rain falls across parts of the state. The worst conditions are across Saratoga Springs, which are classified as being “severely snow/ice covered.”
