MEXICO: Avoid non-essential travel: Tropical storm Ernesto

OFFICIAL WARNING: Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada advises against non-essential travel to the Gulf coast of Mexico from Veracruz eastward to Chilitepec and north of Veracruz to Barra de Nautla.
